		<description>As I recall, UAE's filter is provided by Secure Computing, whose startup funding came from DARPA. Indeed, Secure Computing still provides proxy controls for the US military and, indeed, Flickr is also banned on US military networks.</description>

		<description>yes it is still filtered in Iran and most of the people are using this plugin to bypass it. This works great.</description>
