That is interesting. As an Internet Filtering company owner, I would be interested in seeing what heuristic engine they used to decipher photos. Because the content of photos is not “known” to a computer engine, they must use tags or titles, or perhaps even color analysis. In addition there are probably some Geo-Filters put in place to screen out non-censored geo areas, just a guess.
