GMA News, reports that Raja Petra Kamaruddin has been sentenced to two years imprisonment under a tough security law that could keep him in jail indefinately.

Andrew Bluestone, the blogger at New York Attorney Malpractice Blog, has been sued by Brooklyn attorney, Marina Tylo seeking $10,000,000 for “libel, negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, tortius interference with prospective contractual relations.”

Magomed Yevloyev, the publisher and owner of opposition Ingushetya website, www.ingushetiya.ru has been killed. He died from a bullet injury to the head while in olice custody. He had been arrested upon arrival at Nagan (Mazras) Airport. The Ingushetiya authorities say an ‘incident’ took place in the car taking him to hospital leading to his death.
